DELIVERY

  • We live the island life and LOVE island time, but we LOVE you guys (our customers) too.  We work hard to ship your orders to you ON TIME.
  • We ship from our Coffs Harbour NSW warehouse within 48 hours of receipt of your order & payment.  Delivery time is dependent on your location from our Coffs Harbour warehouse.  Typically packages to East Coast cities only take 2-4 days.
  • We ship packages by standard postage with AustPost.  
  • Postage & handling is FREE within Australia if you spend over $100.00, if your order total is under $100, you will be charged $8.00 shipping.
  • We ask for your phone number if you place an order, just in case we need to contact you about your order - don't worry we wont be calling you unless absolutely urgent.
  • We do not use your phone number for marketing messages.
  • Our website is secure & safe for authorizing credit card payments, we do not personally have access to your credit card details - they are not visible to us.

RETURNS 

  • We want you to be completely happy with your island goodies, so if you change your mind about an item purchased, or have ordered the wrong size, and need to return your item purchased, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that its returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels still attached.

  • If you have received a rare reject item, please email Customer Service directly with the details, so that we can make sure that it is resolved with a replacement or a refund.  Click here to email.
  • Please include this returns form with the item that you are returning to us.  If you cannot print this form, please include the same information on a hand-written note.
  • Please mail the returned item to our NSW mailing address below.
  • Please mail with a trackable signature confirmation service, as no refunds or exchanges can be honoured without receipt of returned items.
  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges on our island treasures within 31 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to your credit card, within 5 business days.
  • Unfortunately costs associated with the return of the item are non-refundable, but we will honour our FREE shipping within Australia on exchanged items that we mail back out to you.

    REFUNDS

    • Refunds will be honoured within 5 days of receipt of your returned items, providing the items are received in accordance with our returns policy.  The goods must have tags still attached and enclosed in the original packaging bag.
    • Your refund will go back onto the credit card or paypal account that you used for the original purchase.
    • All return shipping costs are for the cost of the customer.

      EXCHANGES

      • We are happy to exchange your purchase for another style, size, or color subject to availability, providing the goods have been returned with the tags still attached and enclosed in the original packaging bag.
      • Exchanges can take up to 5 working days to process.
      • We will accept up to one exchange per order. 
      • If you wish to return the exchanged item we will happily issue a refund, providing the returned item meets our Returns Policy as stated above.
      • All return shipping costs are for the cost of the customer.
